What should be prepared before the CNC marking machine works?

Operation rules of CNC marking machine. Check before operation. Check and confirm power switch before operation. Confirm that there is no short-circuit or short-circuit to ground between the terminals or exposed live parts. Before turning on the power, all switches are in the off state to ensure that the equipment will not start and no abnormal actions will occur when the power is turned on. Before operation, please confirm that the mechanical equipment is normal and will not cause personal injury. The operator should give warnings to prevent personal and equipment injury. Safe operation workflow in operation: After the mold table runs to the marking machine station, the required marking program is transferred and the marking operation is started. After marking is completed, the marking machine returns to the zero point and completes a work cycle. After the machine tool is started, the body and limbs are not allowed to touch the moving parts of the machine to avoid injury. When maintaining the equipment, power off and stop. During the operation of the machine, the operator should stick to his post, pay attention to the operation of the machine at all times, and deal with it immediately in case of emergency to ensure safe operation.


1. After completing a job, when the operator needs to leave the equipment temporarily, the main motor stop button should be turned off, and the main power switch should also be turned off. Before leaving get off work, the airbrush should be flushed once for no less than about 1 minute. Before shutting down after get off work, return the system to the main operating menu, raise the airbrush to the highest position, and reset the control switches. Turn off the system power first, then turn off the main power supply, turn off the air and water sources, check whether the control handles are in the closed position, and then leave after confirming that they are correct.

 

2. The equipment should be cleaned in time for maintenance and maintenance. When the airbrush is not used for a long time, clean it in time to prevent clogging. Lubricate the lubrication points regularly to ensure good lubrication. Every three months, check whether the elastic clamping mechanism of the servo motor is reliable, and adjust the spring compression bolt to make the pressure appropriate. Regularly check the electrical control system connection wiring to ensure that there is no looseness or fall off. When there is no work task,  the CNC marking machine should also be powered on regularly, preferably 1-2 times a week, and run dry for about 1 hour each time.
