Hot-melt autoclave marking machine: Two-component marking is a high-end marking that has emerged in recent years. It is different from hot-melt markings and normal temperature markings that are formed by physical drying methods such as temperature drop or solvent (water-based) volatilization. Two-component marking is a new type of marking which is formed by internal chemical cross-linking to form a coating film. The two-component pavement marking machine used for the construction of two-component markings is divided into spin coating structure type, scraping flat line type and high-pressure airless spraying according to the type of coating applied to it and the appearance of the applied line type. The three types are designed to give full play to the efficiency of the three-coordinate measuring marking machine, to ensure the accuracy of use, and to extend the service life. This regulation is specially formulated. It is hoped that the operator will use and maintain the marking machine in strict accordance with the regulation. 

Operation content:

1. Equipment users must be trained, must be approved by the person in charge of management, and used in compliance with this regulation and related regulations, non-company personnel must be approved by the chief engineer before use. 


 2. Make full preparations before starting the machine, clean and wipe the platform and guide rails, confirm that there are no obstacles before starting the machine. 


3. Observe whether the digital display is normal after booting. Generally, the computer should not be turned on for measurement of general castings. If you need to measure irregular lines, you need to designate a professional to turn on the computer system and check whether it is normal. Turn on the measurement software and quickly enter the corresponding interface. 


4. When moving each axis quickly, you should use the hand wheel instead of directly pulling the column, sliding sleeve, and cantilever, etc. This will cause the machine body to deform and reduce the measurement accuracy. 


5. When using the probe to measure, be sure to move along the direction of the stylus. The probe should be reset immediately after the probe is signaled. The probe tip should not be overly collided to avoid damage to the probe and loss of measurement accuracy. "Slowly touch" It is the principle of measurement technique. 


6. When rotating the scribing needle, go with the flow and do not use brute force to avoid deformation of the scribing needle and increase the marking error; when scribing, adjust the position of the cantilever according to the convex and concave conditions of the workpiece surface to make the scribing needle and the workpiece Keep the surface contact at the same level; when changing the direction of rotation of the scribing head, first rotate and pull up the positioning pin, then rotate the scribing head, when in place, unscrew the positioning pin, move the scribing head slightly to make the positioning pin enter the groove Positioning.


7. Before shutting down and leaving the site, check whether the power of all equipment has been turned off, and turn off the main gate. Check whether the spare parts are in good condition, and after working every day, remove the marking needles and put them away. If there is any loss, the relevant personnel shall be assessed.

Maintenance and maintenance 

1. The marking machine equipment and marking platform must be maintained daily and weekly. Daily maintenance should ensure that there is no dust, oil, sundries and dirt in all parts and surroundings. Wipe the platform and track, and the track should be wiped with a clean soft cloth. Weekly maintenance should be done to lubricate a pair of guide rails every week (but install a grating ruler or The surface of the guide rail of the magnetic scale should not be oiled, and be careful not to contaminate it), check the connection of each part and whether there are other abnormal conditions. 


2. In case of abnormal conditions and missing or damaged parts, notify the quality director in time and find relevant technical personnel for inspection and repair.


3. No one is allowed to step on or collide with the track plane and the attached plane during use.

4. When lifting castings, it is strictly forbidden to pass the castings above the platform to avoid accidental damage to the marking machine. 


5. The upper and lower platforms of lifting castings must be directed by special personnel. Castings can only enter and exit from the west or north side of the platform to prevent collisions with the column of the marking machine and any other parts. It is strictly forbidden to turn over large castings around the platform during the operation. 


6.  It is strictly forbidden for anyone to disassemble the track protection cover privately. 


7. After the equipment is stopped, the measuring arm must be hit to the center of the platform to prevent accidental collision.
