1 Equipped with Italian imported burners, it can generate 100000 kcal of heat and consume about 10L of fuel per hour, which can quickly increase the temperature inside the kettle. The dual furnaces can be controlled separately, and the intelligent temperature control system can automatically ignite, extinguish, and adjust the temperature with high accuracy. For example, in the heating process of chemical raw materials, the temperature can be accurately controlled within the required range to ensure the smooth progress of the reaction.
2 The double helix full kettle inner heating system ensures more uniform heat transfer, avoiding local overheating or undercooling, and improving product quality and production efficiency. Whether heating viscous liquids or solid materials, good heat conduction can be achieved.
Power and transmission performance - stable and reliable
1 Weichai's 34kw diesel engine provides sufficient power, with a speed of 2200r/min. It is equipped with a reinforced AC generator, 24V battery, and 220V output voltage to ensure stable operation of the equipment under various working conditions. Even in long-term continuous operations, it can maintain stable power output and reduce the risk of production interruption caused by insufficient power.
2 Hydraulic bidirectional stepless mixing is driven by BM500 motor, which can flexibly adjust the mixing speed and intensity according to material characteristics and process requirements. When mixing materials with different viscosities and compositions, it can achieve uniform mixing and improve product consistency.
Thermal insulation and energy-saving performance - energy-saving and consumption reducing
1 The insulation material between the inner liner and outer cover plates effectively reduces heat loss and energy consumption. Compared with ordinary pots without insulation treatment, it can save a lot of fuel costs. During the continuous heating process, the heat is locked inside the kettle, reducing the outward diffusion of heat, which not only protects the environment but also reduces production costs.
2 Diesel consumption is 10kg per hour, which is at a relatively low level among similar equipment. In addition, the intelligent temperature control system regulates the burner operation reasonably, further reducing unnecessary energy waste.
